For this chapter of my work I am looking to establish a more personal, intimate and fun look. Families in and around their homes or in a special place that is meaningful, with pets and extended family sitting outside, having a picnic, reading books, hugging, snuggling, swinging in a hammock, taking it easy, lounging on a sailboat, these are the moments to look for and remember. Perhaps you would like to get some great images to use at an upcoming event ceremony? A batmitzvah, a sweet sixteen portrait to use at the entrance of the special event? Recently I had the absolute pleasure to photograph a beautiful, vivacious, talented, sweet and lovely young woman about to celebrate her birthday with a Sweet 16 birthday bash. She brought with her, to the studio, a woman who took care of her hair and make up. With a little music in the studio, she was able to dance and express herself in so many wonderful ways as her mom lovingly observed the photo session. These photographs were printed onto 4'x6' canvass, stretched onto a wood frame and hung in a fantastic space at the entrance of the big event. It was a wonderful experience to open up the photo studio and allow it to be transformed into a dream-wish space.
